Northern Shores Credit Union recently concluded its annual Financial Literacy Week, offering free workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching sessions to over 1,200 participants. Topics included budgeting, saving, credit management, small business finance, and preparing for home ownership.

“Financial knowledge is power,” said Financial Wellness Coordinator, Jamal Greene. “When people understand how money works, they’re able to make smarter, more confident choices.”

Northern Shores plans to expand its educational initiatives in schools, community centers, and online platforms throughout the year.
